GOOD EVENING, MANAGER.
Orders and staffing, hour by hour.
Last week’s sales. Tomorrow’s target.
Availability, shifts and open coverage.
01 / THE PRODUCT
Bring the manager’s day together—from the first hourly entry to the overnight cook plan.
Enter sales, Orders and staffing throughout the day. Review TPLH against your target, then finalize report-backed metrics from nightly imports.
Calculate overnight beef from the previous week’s matching day, a sales cushion and leftover pounds. Check whether planned ON covers the target.
Create shifts in a weekly grid, move or duplicate them, and review availability and weekly hours. Publish the week when it’s ready for your team.
02 / GET A FEEL FOR IT
Try these illustrative examples. They are separate from your saved restaurant records.
LIVE PERFORMANCE / EXAMPLE
Live TPLH = Orders ÷ employees entered for that hour.
At target.
In the pilot, two consecutive completed hours below 5.0 prompt a staffing review. A manager checks minimum crew, stations and upcoming demand before making a decision.
10PM REVIEW / EXAMPLE
Rounded up to the next hundredth of a pound.
ON = max(0, (forecast sales + cushion) ÷ $38 per pound − LO). The pilot uses finalized sales from tomorrow’s weekday last week, or a manager’s override.

03 / BUILDING FROM THE FLOOR UP
RushHelm started with a restaurant manager’s Daily Plan: the work of tracking business, deciding what beef goes on overnight, and keeping the right coverage on the floor.
The current pilot is being developed for one location. Its operating rules and real-world use will shape what comes next.
Daily Plan · Excel report imports · Beef calculations · Staffing reviews · Scheduling · Team messaging · Shift trades
Hosted team access · Faster shift entry · Authorized Brink POS integration
POS connectivity is awaiting authorization and implementation. Team access currently runs through the local pilot.
